If the product package is damaged at the time of receiving the cargo, the customer should show it to the delivery person and reject it. We recommend the customer to take a photo of it as well and send it to our customer service team. We will investigate any request for refund and if approved, will process a refund.
Product images are from suppliers, hence any defects of the product from the supplier side are not our responsibility. The best we can do is send a complaint to the supplier on our customer's behalf.
Product will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days. Delivery time for products depends on the brands. All products that are not under the brand name "DhivehiCart" are shipped from Malaysia. Products under brand "DhivehiCart" is shipped from China. So the delivery time for all products under the brand Dhivehi Cart is between 25 to 35 days. While other other brands are shipped from Malaysia.
Delivery will be to your door, so we recommend you to be there to accept the cargo or have someone there to accept your cargo. When accepting cargo, you are responsible to check for damage and take a picture of any damaged package and show it to the delivery person before accepting it.
If from your order, by chance if any product is not available from the supplier, then we will ship what is available first, then ship the balance product as soon as the supplier gets stock. However, if you want a refund for the product that was not shipped, then let us know so we can cancel that product order and refund the amount for that product cost.
Delivery is currently only available in Male' & Hulhumale' area.
