Product will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days. Delivery time for products depends on the brands. All products that are not under the brand name "DhivehiCart" are shipped from Malaysia. Products under brand "DhivehiCart" is shipped from China. So the delivery time for all products under the brand Dhivehi Cart is between 25 to 35 days. While other other brands are shipped from Malaysia.
Delivery will be to your door, so we recommend you to be there to accept the cargo or have someone there to accept your cargo. When accepting cargo, you are responsible to check for damage and take a picture of any damaged package and show it to the delivery person before accepting it.
If from your order, by chance if any product is not available from the supplier, then we will ship what is available first, then ship the balance product as soon as the supplier gets stock. However, if you want a refund for the product that was not shipped, then let us know so we can cancel that product order and refund the amount for that product cost.
Delivery is currently only available in Male' & Hulhumale' area.

1- PRICES:
Prices listed on Dhivehicart are EXW KL MALAYSIA prices from Malaysia seller in RM currency which we converted to MVR (Maldivian Rufiyaa) prices at RM rate x 5 exchange rate. Example RM4,000 will be MVR20,000 on DC. And the final prices you will pay at Dhivehicart CHECKOUT PAGE is CIF Male’ Price in MVR (Product Price + Shipping + Insurance + GST8% included)
2- ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
USD$900 PER MOTORCYCLE is already included charged at CHECKOUT PAGE for LOGISTICS/HANDLING/ OCEAN FREIGHT + another GST8% for Maldives currency payment collection This is for each motorcycle.
3- NOT INCLUDED:
✖️Maldives Port D.O Charge USD$25
✖️Maldives Customs Import Duty Charges(Usually 100% for USED MOTORCYCLES)
✖️Madives Port Clearing Charges (Usually between MVR1,000 to MVR2,000 Rufiyaa). You can use our clearing agent Quick Logistics Maldives if required.
✖️Warranty is not provided since this is an Export to another country.
✖️We do not ship Motorcycles older than 3 years of date of Manufacture (2023 and Newer Models ONLY)
4- ORDER CONFIRMATION :
FULL PAYMENT of the bike is required either by Bank of Maldives (BML) Card payment (possible for payments below $750/$500 only please refer to your BML card online payment limits for more details )
OR payment by BANK DEPOSIT bank transfer option available at Dhivehicart Checkout Page).

6: INSPECTION & TEST RIDE:
We will do a test ride/inspection for you by live video stream and give an inspection report checklist. We will schedule a video call date please be available on time to avoid rescheduling.
7: REFUND:
A FULL REFUND is available within 3 days of confirmation payment of order. Refund request must be informed by email to info@dhivehicart.com & screenshot should be forwarded to our hotlines for channels.
It will take 7-10 days to process any refund.
8: SHIPPING BY LCL SEA CARGO:
We will ship by LCL Sea Cargo to customer based on CIF Male’ INCOTERM (Cost + Insurance + Freight included Total) and prices are up to Male’ Port Only (refer clause#3)
We will load the bike into container, ship, and provide copy of the BILL OF LADING (BL). The Consignee in the BL can be individual or company name, details will be required before shipping.
9: SHIPMENT DURATION :
It takes:
- 5-7 days to complete inspection & test drive.
- 7 days to load vessel.
- 10-14 days to receive Shipment at Male’ Port.
- TOTAL 30 DAYS to receive your order at Male’ Port (Vessel Schedules may change slightly we will keep you updated every step of the way!)
10: INSURANCE:
Your Motorcycle IS INSURED. Any damages during shipping will be claimable. We will provide insurance policy documents after shipping.
If the product package is damaged at the time of receiving the cargo, the customer should show it to the delivery person and reject it. We recommend the customer to take a photo of it as well and send it to our customer service team. We will investigate any request for refund and if approved, will process a refund.
Product images are from suppliers, hence any defects of the product from the supplier side are not our responsibility. The best we can do is send a complaint to the supplier on our customer's behalf.
